What time does NBHD Supply open?
Every day at 8 AM. We close at 10 PM Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday. Breakfast and brunch run all day until 4 PM, and the kitchen stays open until close.
When is happy hour?
Monday to Friday, 3 to 7 PM: beer $5, wine by the glass $6, cocktails $9, and a margherita or pepperoni slice for $4. On Wednesdays we extend it from 3 PM to close.
Can I get pizza by the slice?
Yes, every day until 3 PM — margherita $5.50, pepperoni $6.50, and $4 each at happy hour. They come off the same 16″ New York pies: a biga made the day before, then at least two days cold before the dough ever sees the deck.
What is The Market?

Are there vegetarian and vegan options?
Plenty of vegetarian: the Margherita, Truffle Mushroom & Leeks and Gorgonzola & Pistachio Honey pizzas, Gnocchi alla Vodka, Burrata, Jalapeño Croquettes, Charred Broccolini, Avocado Toast and Green Eggs. Fully vegan, the Berry & Peanut Overnight Oats. Dishes are marked v and vg on the menu.
Do you take reservations?
Yes — you can book a table online, and walk-ins are welcome any time. For a group of eight or more, write to us instead and we will set it up properly.
Do you host private events?
Yes — the room works for a buyout, a long table or a smaller group, with food and drink packages built around the menu. Write to us and we will put something together.
